Natalia

I have taken many lessons with Natalia. We are working primarily on improving my conversational skill. She always provides me with an assignment to prepare that is focused and a good length for our thirty minute lessons. The assignments and conversation incorporate just the right amount of new vocabulary and grammar practice. She is precise which has helped me to improve my ability to focus more on the details of my speaking. I always enjoy our lessons and conversation and highly recommend Natalia as a teacher.

Natalia continues to be patient with me as I stumble through pronouncing words and using correct prepositions in sentences. The lesson materials are helpful in giving me something concrete to study in between classes.

I've been taking lessons with Natalia for months now and I will say I highly recommend her to anyone. I am someone who really needs to be pushed to practice speaking, and from the first lesson even when I spoke no Spanish at all, I was responding to her questions in Spanish with her help. If I ever don't understand something that she is explaining to me in Spanish, she is always able to find another way to explain it in simpler Spanish which is great. She only uses English if it's absolutely necessary. Natalia is the best!

I've been given various writing exercises to do to get some practice in during the week, then we review during class. It's a good open-ended homework that has been challenging and helpful.

Very good first lesson with Natalia. I was impressed that she prepared for the lesson by asking about my goals a few days beforehand. I am interested in learning some colloquial Chilean Spanish words/phrases and she presented several at our lesson

Natalia helped me to phrase my sentences in simpler ways, and we also went over how to describe the same thing in different/multiple ways. She continues to be very patient with me because I do still struggle to pronounce words correctly, and I appreciate that a lot.
