Itay Dafan

Itay is very good at anticipating my questions, and in explaining minor grammatical or vocab points. I also like how he can speed up and slow down his speech in Hebrew to help my aural comprehension.

I really had a nice first lesson with Itay. He is very sincere, helpful and tenderhearted. He listened to what I wanted and used it as a starting point, and then he was prepared with resources to take me from that starting point onward. Even though I was struggling quite a bit, he constantly affirmed me for what I did right. I liked Itay's teaching style and will want to sign up for more classes.

I really enjoyed my first lesson. I learned a lot in a short time and had a lot of fun in the process. I learned a lot of new vocabulary. I enjoyed going through the lyrics of a popular Israeli song. It’s a fun method. The lesson started on time. Itay also gave me recommendations and resources so I can learn more on my own. I look forward to more lessons with Itay in the future.
