Hi! My name is Stephanie Rodriguez, I am from Caracas, Venezuela
and I can not wait to be your community tutor.
I am a composer and singer/songwriter and I love all about art and music but I also have a few hobbies I adore such as reading, traveling, cooking, learning languages and cultures, and talking about everything! My native language is Spanish, I am proficient in English as a second language and I am always learning aspects of other languages as well. I am passionate about everything I do and I do it with patience, a good work ethic, love, and efficiency.Moi en tant que professeur
I have always enjoyed helping people ever since I started learning English when I was 5 years old cause I went through all the stages of learning a language and I know how intimidating it can be. I am happy it's been +5 years as a Spanish/English tutor here in Italki!
What made me choose the rewarding experience of tutoring online is how exciting it felt every time I would help international friends with their English or Spanish. The face of someone realizing that they are speaking or understanding another language has no price and I enjoy engaging in fun and interesting conversations plus I believe I could give you all the tips that have worked for me and the people I've taught.Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement
My classes would be mostly conversational way, where you can also practice your reading, writing, and/or grammar. You can pick the topic of the day (travel, food, music), or what you want to do (talk, read, play, etc..), we will also watch videos, read articles, or listen to podcasts!
I want you to expand your knowledge and fluency in a safe and patient environment so you can feel comfortable as if you are speaking with a friend. I am looking forward to a fun and nurturing class!Mes ressources d'enseignement

My first lesson with Stephanie, the introductory lesson was great. She was very clear in her explanations. She described her lessons and how she would teach, which was awesome ! She has a great personality, and it comes across when she teaches and explains things. I am very excited and looking forward to learning Spanish with Stephanie !! Stephanie is awesome !!

That was another great lesson with Stephanie! I just realized that I've been learning Spanish with her for a year now, and the classes are always fun and interesting. I feel much more comfortable speaking Spanish, and Stephanie is super nice and communicative.

I had a great first class with Stephanie. She adjusted her lesson to fit my needs and preferences. She was easy to understand and speak with in Spanish. When we needed to speak in English, she is fluent and it was like speaking with a native speaker, so there was no awkwardness trying to communicate. I recommend her and gave her 5 stars.
