Hello friends! My name is Dariya and I teach Russian on italki.
I'm from Russia and I live in Moscow. Any language as a means of communicating with people, expressing ideas, thoughts, emotions and feelings, inspires me. That’s why I connected my life with language teaching.
Besides, there are some other things that make me happy. I adore art in different forms. One of the best ways to spend free time for me is reading books. I enjoy watching old movies and listening to music. When I travel, I never miss a chance to visit as many museums and art galleries as I can. And I do love travelling with my family or friends, meeting new people and learning about other cultures.Moi en tant que professeur
I studied at Moscow State University and received a bachelor's degree in journalism. The main goals of my training were to acquire linguistic skills and refine the knowledge of my own language.
Last year I returned to Moscow State University to get a diploma in my current specialty - methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language. Now I am glad to offer you courses based on both my own developments and methods known in the teaching community.
I strongly believe that the teacher should use an individual approach to each student. So I usually plan my lessons depending on my students` needs and their language levels.Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement
In the first lesson, we will discuss your goals and expectations from our classes to determine your personal strategy of learning.
We can concentrate on speaking practice and talk about everything you`re interested in. I will help you to improve your grammar and pronunciation as well as expand your vocabulary.
If you are at the very beginning of the study, I will help you not to get lost in the huge volume of new words and constructions, but to follow a clear and effective plan.
If you have already achieved success in learning the Russian language, we can focus on certain aspects. I will assist you with improving your writing, reading or listening skills.

I've taken a couple dozen lessons with Daria now and am very impressed with her proficiency, patience, and commitment to teaching. She has many, many resources available for different levels and is willing to explain simple errors that I make over and over (and over). I'm very glad I stuck with her from the beginning and plan to continue lessons for the foreseeable future.
