About me:
When I was a child I was surrounded by languages, having been fortunate enough to have traveled to many countries. I also lived in 4 countries and grew up bilingually (US🇺🇸 + RO🇷🇴). I enjoy explaining things and coming up with new perspectives, ideas, or ways of expression.

I see myself as a mirror:
I can help and guide you through the language, present grammar rules, explain vocabulary, answer questions, and correct your mistakes, but your improvement and progress are entirely up to you, how enthusiastic you are about the language you study, and your motivations.
I encourage you to make mistakes, express yourself freely, and make decisions as to how you want the lessons to go. A teacher is a resource.
Slowly but surely, your skills will flourish and you´ll become confident in your language abilities.

And learning is a skill like any other· it requires patience and practice.
In our classes, we will figure out the best way to help you reach your language goals, and then, we’re going to build the curriculum around those goals. I have an entire library of resources to help you along the way, and I’m here to accommodate your needs as best I can.

Cambridge English Language Assessment - University of Cambridge - 201412+ Years of preparation in English level to acquire Native Speaking & Language Knowledge. This includes schooling (kindergarten until present day - 2021), homeschooling, private tutors, and exchange programs in English language (Erasmus Hradec Kralove - Czech Republic, Erasmus Nicosia - Cyprus).
I have also been raised bilingual by my family, and was schooled in USA 2nd to 5th grade.
This certification enables me to teach English language at a proficient level, with native understanding.

Madalina este o profesoară foarte excelentă. Explicațiile ei sunt inteligibile, limpede și ușoare. Îmi place de fiecare dată că Madalina încerca totul ca să-mi dea foarte multe exemple. Nimeni se place gramatica, dar cu Madalina este o afacere plăcută.

I always enjoy our lessons! Very helpful to practice speaking. She is patient and friendly. The book we are working on now is entertaining. I also feel like it is giving me some practice understanding longer sentences that use words beyond the simple vocabulary I have.
