I'm Josefina, from Buenos Aires, Argentina and I live in a beautiful coastal city called Pinamar.
I've been a Spanish teacher since 2020, helping students achieve confidence and fluency in the language for different reasons: travelling, speaking with family and friends, relocating to a Spanish-speaking country, sitting for exams, etc.
Witnessing my students' progress is a wonderful aspect of my profession and I'm always happy to help new students achieve their own goals!
In my free time, I enjoy taking walks with my dog, swimming, meeting with friends, travelling and playing the piano.

Additionally, I believe in exposing you to various language variations and cultural aspects to ensure no problems when communicating with Spanish speakers from different parts of the world. Josefina is hands-down the best teacher on Italki! If you’re not taking classes with her, you are wasting your money. My previous teacher wasn’t the right fit, and I ended up feeling unmotivated and unexcited about learning Spanish—until Josefina turned it all around. Her classes are super fun, thoughtfully designed, and packed with creative ways to help you learn. And if you’re lucky (and nice), she’ll even teach you how to sound like a true Argentine—“¡¿Cómo te shamas?!” You know how Justin Bieber fans are called 'Beliebers'? Having lessons with Josefina is really fun, she is very patient and I don't feel the stress of not knowing and learning the language with her. Also her English is very good so we are able to communicate easily. Highly recommended :)

This was just my second trial class, and I really liked her. I think she has a clear path and is very well organized. She also seems very friendly and motivated. She tried to share as much as she could about the tools she uses for her students. I definitely think she is a good teacher. She was also easy to understand.
