👩🏫 I'm Katie, an English language teacher from the UK. I've been teaching English since 2012.
🎓 Qualifications: MSc in TESOL and Applied Linguistics, Trinity College London CertTESOL, MA Social Anthropology and Theology.
🌍 I have taught in language schools all over the UK, Spain and China. I've taught all levels of students and lost count of the different nationalities of students who have been in my classrooms!Moi en tant que professeur
My classroom is fun, fast and energetic. There's no danger of sleeping!
I like to choose topics that are of interest to my students, whether they're taking General or Exam English. Learning a language should feel fun, relaxing and not a chore! As a learner of Mandarin, I know how frustrating it can be to motivate yourself when learning a language as a hobby or for an exam, so I always include tasks and activities that are engaging and useful. We'll also keep you on track with a student plan just for you, because every student is unique.

I've been Katie's student for almost 2 years. I cannot have classes with other teachers since I have class with her, because she's energetic, responsible, and very professional！
She help me a lot in English, we talk about culture, geography, life etc. It's really good to have her as my teacher.❤

I really like Katie's lessons. I was preparing for the CAE Cambridge exam with her and I feel that these sessions helped me a lot in raising my level of English and improving how express myself. Moreover, I had a lot of fun learning English with Katie.
We worked together on every part of the exam that caused me difficulties, Katie gave very good advice and recommendations on how to improve my answer and what strategies for completing the test can be used. Katie also gave great feedback about my writing assignments. She is very attentive and organised, a wonderful teacher and conversationalist.
