I have been with Chiaki for 3 years now! Chiaki is a great teacher who helps me a lot with my Japanese! She is very knowledgeable in teaching others and has many methods of teaching, from speaking to reading and so on. And she is so fun to learn from! I enjoy every listen with Chiaki and I hope to learn with her for a long time!

We talked about meeting people and how different Tokyo is from Nara in this aspect.

I appreciate how Chiaki sensei can be so approachable, she's a teacher you can talk to about anything, which is very helpful because you learn about many things that are generally not in textbooks.

Chiaki sensei is so sweet! It’s always so fun to chat and laugh with her. We talked about various things and foods in America. It’s getting easier to create longer conversations in Japanese and about important societal topics .

We talked about all the foods I have tried in Japan and made a list of all the ones I still need to try.
