Hello! My name is Keiko.
I was born in Kyoto and raised in Osaka, now I live in Nara.
In my free time, I like playing tennis, studying English and Korean, and watching dramas on TV.
I also I love traveling! I've been to many countries and I like to learn different cultures and people.

In the General Japanese Course for Beginners, you can systematically learn vocabulary and grammar step by step. I believe that strong foundation is very important for learners. My lesson is based on the textbook "Minna no Nihongo" but I create original worksheets for students. So students do not need the textbook during my lessons and these worksheets will give you many chances to practice speaking. I offer vocabulary list and PDF of the worksheets before or after each lesson.

As a new Japanese learner, Keiko sensei's lessons are excellent! The lessons are well structured and she provides you the material to practice outside of class. She is encouraging and her teaching style is effective for me because she builds on grammar/vocabulary during the lesson and allows me to practice speaking a lot. I've been very happy so far with my lessons, and I would highly recommend Keiko sensei if you want to learn Japanese.
