Nuno is by far the best language teacher I've ever met. I started learning PT from 0 with him back in June '21 through a language school, and by the time I moved to Portugal in Sept, I was able to communicate with people with no problems at all. Not only is he a good teacher, he is also super friendly & nice-- you can also tell how much he loves the Portuguese language (and literature). His classes are well balanced: he can teach proper Portuguese grammar, but also how people normally talk (slang, common grammar errors, etc). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I started working with Nuno in June 2021. I didn’t know any Portuguese at all. I was in a class and after a month I wanted to quit because it felt too hard. Nuno offered to tutor me so I could keep up with the class. He also encouraged me and explained things so well that learning became fun. Because of him I stuck with learning and now I am a B1 level. I am so grateful for his guidance and patience with me. I still continue to tutor with Nuno and highly recommend him to anyone new or advanced.

Nuno is a fantastic teacher. In addition to being an expert in Portuguese grammar, he is extremely patient, encouraging, well organized and creative. His complete fluency in English is also a crucial asset. He was instrumental in helping me prepare for and do quite well on Portugal's B1 exam. I was lucky to find Nuno and highly recommend him.

Nuno is amazing. I don't want to share him with other students but there is only so many hours in the day. Book him while you can!

Nuno is a patient teacher and for someone who is not confident speaking Portuguese (me), he provides a very comfortable environment to practice speaking. He is encouraging but also corrects and teaches new phrases or ways to say things. Every lesson I learn useful words or phrases that improves my conversational ability. Muito obrigada pelas aulas!
