Getse is such a warm and lovely person. She is always smiling and provides a good range of exercises and materials. I'd recommend her to anyone wanting to leave the class feeling positive and motivated to keep learning.

First, if you are looking for a Spanish teacher, you have found her! So I've had about 200 lessons with Getse at this time. In addition, she is a phenomenal teacher and person. ***** This was my seventh lesson with Getse. She is totally focused on my learning during class and knows how to identify areas where I most need improvement. For example, in this lesson, she noticed I was making repeated errors in reported speech, and at the end, she gave me a set of examples of direct speech and how to turn it into reported speech. She also takes plenty of notes in the Skype chat box so that after the class, I can look back over the corrections she's made to my vocabulary, grammar, etc., and practice getting them right for next time. This is helpful because when teachers correct me only orally, I tend to forget. Being able to re-read the correct phrasing and repeat it out loud after class helps me memorize it. She is also a lot of fun and keeps the conversation moving, so I always look forward to class and don't have to worry about running out of things to say.
