My name is Vanessa, I am originally from Mexico specifically in the city of Mazatlan, but I am currently studying marine biology in La Paz, Baja California Sur. Vanessa is wonderful to talk with and has a good way of keeping the conversation interesting! She asks questions that help me practice my sentences and explaining, and she gives timely, non-intrusive corrections of pronounciation/conjugation. She also shares about her work at the Mazatlan Aquarium which I love - learning new things in a new language is very exciting :)
