Summer

I have met with Summer every week since January 2023, when we started HSK 1 lessons. She is always well prepared and our lessons are fun. My Chinese colleagues at work are amazed at how much Chinese language I can speak!

Today marks my tenth consecutive lesson with Summer since she's become my go-to Mandarin teacher. I appreciate her very effective, yet flexible teaching style a lot. What makes her stand out among other teachers is her ability to customise and tailor lessons based on my needs. Her summaries and quizzes always incorporate vocabularies and grammar points from previous lessons, which makes learning progress steady. I highly recommend Summer without hesitation, she's a fantastic (and passionate) teacher!

Another great lesson with Summer! She is always very professional, gracious and fun during our lessons. She is very patient with my questions and explains different language/grammar points in an easy-to-understand way.

Summer is a wonderful teacher who comes extremely prepared to class with helpful materials. She understood my goals for my lessons and has been great about teaching me the vocab and sentence structures I will need for my travel to China. I really enjoy her explanations of character structure, which help me to remember the characters easier. And she's a great conversationalist!
