With me we learn English confidently and patiently. It is okay to make mistakes and learn from them. I am patient with my students and I let them know that making mistakes is nothing but a learning curve. Making mistakes and learning from them allows students to build their confidence and grasp concepts better. I allow students to pretty much pick the pace of their learning without slowing them down too much. I also believe that as a teacher, I can also learn from my students as much as they learn from me. I always keep an open mind.
