A Russian speaking teacher with over 10 years of experience I graduated from the Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, and have been working as an English teacher for over 15 years. Besides, I have been teaching Italian and Russian for about 7 years. I have worked with students of different levels and ages. As of now my youngest student is 4 and my eldest one is 76 years old. So, it's never too late or too early to start.

I’m into teaching since 2006, Italian is my mother tongue, French is my love I work in the teaching industry since 2007, both in Italian colleges as a professor of Italian and Latin language and literature, and in one of the most famous American technology companies as a trainer and professional teacher. I developed many skills into teaching, and thanks to my experience I am ready to drive you through the learning process seamlessly. My mantra is: “don’t give your students the cup of rice, share with them your own method to grow and harvest rice”.

I am a teacher who tries to understand the needs of the student, I am friendly and kind and I try to convey passion during the lesson.

Tutor di lingua da 3 anni Amo instaurare un rapporto d'amicizia con i miei studenti di modo che le lezioni sembrino un piacevole momento d'incontro. Mi piace scherzare, fare parallelismi e fornire diversi spunti musicali e letterari o in generale artistici, confrontandomi sempre con lo studente e i suoi gusti personali. Sono disponibile anche al di fuori dell'orario delle lezioni per chiarimenti, consigli e delucidazioni. Generalmente preferisco parlare in italiano durante l'intera lezione ma qualora lo studente lo richiedesse , ad esempio per chiarimenti su regole grammaticali, potrei dare spiegazioni in inglese. Oltre all'apprendimento mi piacerebbe farvi passare una piacevole e divertente lezione.

Utilizzo spiegazioni senza soffermarmi troppo (a meno che non sia esplicitamente richiesto) sulla grammatica, ma avendo studiato greco antico e latino, se lo studente lo richiede, posso anche approfondire l'etimologia delle parole e della struttura delle frasi. I've been a Italki tutor for some months now. I use explanations, avoiding focusing too much (unless it was explicitly required) on the grammar part. On the other hand, given that I studied Latin and ancient Greek, if the students wanted it, we could also examine in depth the etim of the words and the structure of the phrase.
