I hold a bachelor's and a master's degree in English Language Education. I have experience teaching diverse age groups, from young learners to adults, in both private schools and universities. After receiving a Fulbright scholarship, I taught Turkish as a foreign language at the University of Pennsylvania, which led me to continue teaching Turkish in university settings and through private lessons. I have worked with students of various ages and language proficiency levels. I have a passion for the arts, cinema, and music, and I am also an avid social Latin dancer.Che tipo di insegnante sono
My students often describe me as energetic, and I strive to maintain that energy to make my lessons interesting and engaging. As I get to know my students, I tailor lesson content to their interests. In my Turkish lessons, I frequently use the Istanbul textbook and workbooks, supplemented with digital tools like Quizlet, Padlet and Lucid. I also incorporate YouTube video clips from Turkish films, series, and music, often assigning homework based on these resources. To encourage language immersion outside of class, I create Turkish song playlists and provide recommendations for Turkish series and films.Il mio materiale didattico
