Hi! My name is Fatima, I am a native Spanish speaker from Granada, a city in the south of Spain but I currently live in the UK where I teach Spanish in a Secondary school. I am a pasionate of languages.
I am an English philologist, certified in the Master's degree of Spanish for foreign people. Since I fisnished my studies I have been teaching both English and Spanish to kids and adults of all levels and backgrounds. For 3 years I have been working for different languages school teaching English and Spanish however last year I decided to come back to England to teach Spanish in a British Secondary School and the experience is being very grateful!Che tipo di insegnante sono
I like to get to know the goals and aspirations of my students and develop personalised lessons to ensure they reach their specific goals as quick as possible. I always aim to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere so students are comfortable to speak Spanish and make mistakes as I believe learning from our mistakes is the quickest way to improve. My aim is to make the student lose their fair to speak in Spanish and he or she can achive fluency in the daily conversations.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My Spanish lessons are very dynamic, you choose the pace and the topic. I like to use idiomatic phrases used in the day to day. The first class is an introduction lesson to learn about your goals and aspirations and then create personalised lessons based on what you would like to acheive. In a typical lesson I like to start with a general conversation as an introduction and then introduce the topic we will work on during the class, ending the class with a wrap up and discussion of any doubts. I like to use all types of material, from texts, to youtube videos, newspaper articles, role plays, and general discussions.Il mio materiale didattico
