You can imagine that when you get up in a chilly winter morning, what would you like eat for breakfast? Taking some cold pieces of bread out of the fridge and eat them or cooking a bowl of tasty noodles with steam sprending full of the room? A good breakfast can make us stomach feel warm. Especially in Asia, after finishing a bowl of noodels for breakfast, the hot soup we just drink warms our body, even make us a little bit sweating. Our bodies are full of energy. The cold weather also gives us a particular feeling that winter is aso a fantastic season not noly has cold. After a great breakfast, we walk to our offices in a good mood and work for a few hours without feeling tried. So, the best food we prepare for breakfast is not only food, but also a feeling that help us overcome any hardships in our daliy life. It gives us a wonderful beginning of each day. A breakfast is an really important part of our life which needs us to spend more time on it!
