今日は家事(かじ)に関する語彙（ご）です。
みなさんは、お昼ごはん、どんなものを食べますか。
私は冷蔵庫にある残り物を食べることが多いです。昨日の夕飯のおかずや朝作った子供のお弁当の残り物です。残り物をレンジで温めるときは、ラップを軽くかけて温めます。
残り物がないときは、うどんやラーメンを作って食べます。

高校生の息子のお弁当は栄養バランスを考えて作るようにしています。

ちなみに、今日は、冷蔵庫に残り物がなかったので、うどんを作って食べました。

私がごはん作りで面倒（めんどう）なのは、野菜を刻むことです。あと、野菜の皮をむくことも嫌いです。
ご飯作りのあと、後片付けをしたり、洗い物をしたりするのも嫌いです。
ご飯を作るときは、いつもエプロンを付けています。洋服が汚れるのが嫌なので、必ずつけています。
なので、うちにいるときは、エプロンはつけっぱなしです。
エプロンをつけたまま、掃除機をかけたり、洗濯物をしたり、もちろんゴミ出しにも行きます。

【文型】
（～ようにしている）
意味：ように努力（どりょく）する、to make a conscious effort to do something
お弁当は栄養バランスを考えて作るようにしています。
（～っぱなし）
意味：～したまま　（leave on, leave out, leave as is）
接続：Vます＋っぱなし
※マイナスの気持ちで使うことが多い。
