El Gato y el Ratón

Había una vez un gato llamado Tomás. Tomás vivía en una casa grande con su dueño, Juan. Tomás era un gato muy curioso y le gustaba explorar todos los rincones de la casa.

Un día, Tomás vio un pequeño ratón corriendo por la cocina. El ratón era marrón y se llamaba Miguel. Miguel estaba buscando comida porque tenía mucha hambre. Tomás decidió seguir a Miguel para ver qué hacía.

Miguel encontró un pedazo de queso en la esquina de la cocina y empezó a comerlo. Tomás se acercó silenciosamente, pero Miguel lo vio y salió corriendo. Tomás persiguió a Miguel por toda la casa, pero el ratón era muy rápido y se escondió en un pequeño agujero en la pared.

Tomás se quedó mirando el agujero, esperando que Miguel saliera. Pero Miguel era muy inteligente y no salió hasta que Tomás se fue. Desde ese día, Tomás y Miguel se convirtieron en amigos. Cada vez que Tomás veía a Miguel, no lo perseguía, sino que lo observaba desde lejos.

Miguel ya no tenía miedo de Tomás y juntos exploraban la casa. A veces, Miguel encontraba comida y compartía con Tomás. Otras veces, Tomás encontraba un lugar nuevo para jugar y mostraba a Miguel.

Y así, el gato y el ratón vivieron felices y en paz, disfrutando de sus aventuras juntos.

Всем привет! Меня зовут Виктория. Я преподаю русский язык как иностранный с 2014 года. 
Я живу в городе Сочи. Этот город расположен на юге России. Сочи – крупнейший и единственный в России субтропический курорт. Расположен на северо-восточном побережье Чёрного моря в Краснодарском крае на расстоянии 1620 км от Москвы. Наш город Имеет современную транспортную инраструктру и является крупным экономическим и культурным центром Юга России. 
В летний курортный сезон  в городе работает около двух с половиной тысяч средств размещения (отели, санатории, гостевые дома, пансионаты). 
А зимой к услугам туристов Сочи предлагает великолепные горнолыжные курорты Красной Поляны. Снег здесь не тает примерно шесть месяцев в году.
Летом средняя температура воздуха в Сочи + 26°, морской воды +24°. Зимы в обычном ее понимании в городе-курорте практически не бывает. Средняя зимняя температура воздуха держится на уровне +8°. Мягкий климат, чистое море, свежий морской воздух, уникальный рельеф местности, богатая субтропическая растительность, а также целебные минеральные источники – все это способствует прекрасному отдыху и укреплению здоровья.
Общепринятым природным символом нашего курорта считается цветущая магнолия. 
На территории курорта расположено свыше двухсот памятников истории и археологии, включая загадочные дольмены, средневековые крепости и византийские храмы. Более 80% всей территории города расположены на особо охраняемых природных территориях Кавказского государственного природного заповедника и Сочинского национального парка.
Круглый год на курорте проводятся многочисленные международные совещания, симпозиумы, выставки, фестивали и спортивные соревнования. В Сочи живут представители более ста национальностей: белорусы, украинцы, греки, армяне, грузины, абхазы, евреи, эстонцы, татары и многие другие.

Disagreeing with people is an important and healthy part of working on a team towards shared goals. The challenge is therefore, how can we do this in a way that protects and even strengthens our professional relationships? It would be great if the only thing we had to do at work was to agree with people. If everyone around us had great ideas, and if our colleagues' suggestions always seemed like the best things to do. However, this is not the case.  A lot of people worry that if they disagree with their co-workers then this could upset them or damage their professional relationships. However, if we do it right, disagreeing with colleagues when it’s appropriate can be great for your team, your career, and your reputation at work.

Today we’re going to hear some tips and ideas for how to disagree with your colleagues, we’ll hear some great natural and native sounding vocabulary that we can use to do this, and then we’ll finish off with some challenges for you. Including a speaking challenge and a vocabulary quiz to see what you’ve remembered from today’s podcast. En este décimo episodio de la serie "Hablemos de viajes", quiero contarles que noté que la mayoría de nosotros cuando viajamos estamos dispuestos a hacer cosas diferentes a las que hacemos normalmente en nuestras rutinas y en nuestra ciudad de origen / ciudad en la que vivimos actualmente. Estuve pensando y conversando con amigos y estudiantes sobre el tema, y descubrí que estamos más disponibles para probar comidas, bebidas y experiencias cuando viajamos, también tenemos más flexibilidad para hablar con desconocidos, y estamos de alguna manera más interesados en hacer un tour por la ciudad o visitar lugares emblemáticos o populares, como un museo. ¿Estás de acuerdo? ¿También te pasa que estás más disponible a estas experiencias mientras estás de viaje, en comparación con los momentos de rutina en tu ciudad?
