Clara trabaja en una oficina en el centro de la ciudad. Su día empieza muy temprano, ya que se despierta a las siete de la mañana todos los días, excepto los fines de semana. Después de apagar el despertador, se prepara un café y se sienta a desayunar tranquilamente. A Clara le gusta desayunar tostadas con mermelada y un poco de fruta, normalmente plátano o manzana. If you find explicit information that confirms the statement, mark it as "True." Conversely, if you encounter evidence that directly contradicts the statement, mark it as "False." Be cautious not to base your decision on assumptions or personal opinions. Stick to the information presented in the passage.

There may be instances where the information regarding a statement is not explicitly stated in the passage. In such cases, mark the statement as "Not Given." Remember, "Not Given" means there is insufficient information to confirm or deny the statement's truthfulness.

It's crucial to be aware of any qualifying words or phrases in the statements, such as "all," "only," "always," or "never." Pay close attention to these qualifiers, as they can significantly affect the accuracy of the statement.

Time management is key when answering T-F-NG questions. Allocate a specific amount of time for each question and avoid spending too much time on a single statement. If you're unsure about a statement, make an educated guess and move on. You can revisit it later if time allows.

先週ドイツに来てから初めて寿司を作りました。
大家さんのお孫さんが寿司を作ったというのを聞いて、私も作ってみようと思ったことがきっかけでした。
寿司を作るには魚などの具材、すし飯、のりが必要です。
のりとお米、寿司飯（すしめし）を作るのに必要な米のお酢は近くのスーパーでも売っていました。
しかし、私が住んでいるドイツの田舎町では生の魚がほとんど手に入りません。
近くのスーパーにカニかまぼこがあったので、それとアボガドを使い、カリフォルニアロールをつくることにしました。
まず、すし飯を用意しました。ご飯を炊くにも私の家には炊飯器がないので、鍋で炊かなければなりません。また、寿司飯には専用のお酢が必要です。日本なら寿司酢(すしず)という商品が売っていますが、ドイツでは砂糖を加えて自分で作らないといけません。

面倒なことが多かったのですが、上手くできました。
寿司を作るのは久しぶりだったので、Youtubeで作り方を何度も確認してから作りました。
ちなみにドイツに住んでいる日本人はスモークサーモンを使ってお寿司を作ることが多いようです。
次回はスモークサーモンを使って作ってみたいと思います。
