Today, I went to all-you-can-eat called Sweets Paradise with my friend. There were sweets, curry and rice, ice cream, pasta, soup, Häagen-Dazs and so on. You can eat as much as you want within 80 minutes per one person about 1600 yen. We ate a lot of foods and we were satisfied with them.

* Food can be countable or not depending on context, so whether "foods" is correct or not depends on your intended meaning. If I take it as written, it means you tried many different types of food. If you just mean to refer to a lot of food, collectively, without any reference to the kinds of foods you ate, then you should use "food", as an uncountable noun: "we ate a lot of food".
