Pros and cons of being vegetarian
Hi Ha-yoon! Here I tell you some pros and cons about being vegetarian that I have found.
The main advantages are:
- If you eat more vegetables and fruit, it will improve your health.
- You will not feel guilty or sad about killing animals for eating.
- Stop consuming meat will be good for the global warming because the intensive graze increases the pollution.
And the main disadvantages are:
- Without eating meat, you will have a lack of certain vitamins and nutrients.
- It’s hard to become a vegetarian and you will miss some receipts and feeling fail or sad for that.
- It isn’t easy to find vegetarian food at restaurants.
