I think it's best to live a regular life. If you eat properly and exercise, you will be able to sleep comfortably. I also think we should avoid caffeine. Regular = normal. To live a regular life isn’t particularly used in English. I think what you mean is live a ‘balanced’ life. This means doing things in balance.
