Many traditional foods in my country are delicious and have a unique taste. Now, I want to describe about "rendang" that the one of famous food in Indonesia. The basic ingredients of rendang are meat and coconut milk. Rendang taste usually a little bit spicy and the colour of rendang is brown or dark brown. Indonesian people love to eat rendang in special days like idul fitri and idul adha. The last one, if we eat rendang along with "opor ayam", the taste will be perfect. Yummy...
