In my culture, there are so many things to be proud of. Our food, our music, our people, among others. But, unfortunately, there is a group of people who bring shame to our nation. Our politicians are shameful. To be honest I think that they are a giant group of gangsters.

PROUD is not a verb, so you can't 'proud yourself.' Good job overall.
