A really easy and healthy recipe is Crepioca, I usually do before to go to do some exercise.
1 - Firstly, mix one or two eggs in a bowl đĽŁ
2 - Add one or two spoons of tapioca flour or oatmeal flour (It will depend of the amount of carbs do you want)
3 - Add a pinch of salt đ§
4 - Use your imagination to add others ingredients, like chia seed, flaxseed, oregano and others health things.
5 - Mix all the ingredients and put them in a heated skillet;
6 - When the texture change put some filling of your preference like cheese, shredded chicken, salad or tuna.
7 - Close then like a Mexican taco đŽ ;
8 - In the end, just enjoy. đ
