I do not know which community guidelines I have violated and got a 7-day ban. It was about volunteering so I have a hard time understanding what they didn't like. I am left without a clue.

Contact Italki directly and ask them. We don’t want to get involved.

I think the problem is that you are not supposed to organise 'off-platform' activities through italki.
