I love "Gallo Pinto" that's what we call a mixture of black or red beans with rice and seasoned with a sort of sauce used for meat. We add onion, pepper and garlic finely chopped.
I can eat gallo pinto as a breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I almost forget, Gallo Pinto is a Costa Rican typical dish.
