Have you ever felt quite relaxed after doing some exercise? I do feel the stress disappears each time when I do physical exercise. More sweating, more relaxed. This is the best benefit I can get from physical exercise. We often hear people say that the strongest enemy for us are oueselves. We can be easily defeated by ourselves. We always think about something on the worest side which causes us feel stressed. In that case, we try many ways to reduce stress, such as getting druck, eating a lot of snacks or doing some impulse purchases. But after a short period of feeling happy, the stress comes back again. Until one day, when I did some exercise, the toughest couse brought me a relaxed body, them Iunderstood the value of physical exercise. Then I slowly get into a habit of doing some exercise every day. I know that all the beautiful things need us to wait for a long course of hard work. No complaining, keep doing it until to be succeed!

Until one day, when I did some exercise, a tough workout brought me a relaxed body, and then I understood the value of physical exercise. Then I slowly got into the habit of doing some exercise every day. I know that all beautiful things in life need time and hard work. No complaining; just keep doing it until you succeed!

But after feeling happy for a short period of time, stress comes back again. Until the day I did some exercise that was tough enough to help me relax my body, only then I understood the benefits of physical exercise. Then I slowly took the habit of doing some exercise every day. I know that all the beautiful things require us to be patient and to work hard. Don’t complain and keep doing what you have to do until you succeed!
