2. What does she do at 12 noon?
answer: she has eats lunch at 12 o'clock in the noon.
Noon is the same as 12pm, so you don't need to put it twice.
3. What does she do at 4 o'clock in the afternoon?
answer: she does homeworks at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
