Writing an informal letter describing a house for rent.

Dear Jane,
Thanks for your letter, I'm sorry I haven't written for so long. I'm writing to let you know that I think I've found a perfect flat for you.

It's located in a really nice place. It's a quiet area, but the best thing about it, is that it is less than 5 minute to the supermarket and bus station. The rent for the flat is $200 a week.

The flat is in a 3 storey building on the first floor. The house is really charming outside. It's got a patio and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Inside the flat is huge and comfortable. It has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, fully-furnished, modern fitted kitchen where you can cook anything you want.
