Today in launch i decided to make a Kofta " Egyptian Kofta"
with my special touch

# Ingredients
šFirst i get Half a kilo of camel ground meat it tasty and cheaper than beef meet to be honest š
š 1 Onion
š 1 Botao
( Its my trick some people using ā rice or breadcrumbs to make it firmed)
š 1 egg
š camel hump fat instead of oil its light and it taste us so good.
š Tomato sauce.
š Salt pepper and paprika.
Preparation
š©āš³ Mix all ingredients well
š©āš³ But them in fridge about 15 minutes min.
š©āš³ Then, take a handful of the meat mixture and mold it as you want you can figure it as balls or as fingers
š³heat the grill using hump fat instead of oil
š³Place your kofta and grill it for about 5 minutes for each side.
āØļø Then place it in tomato sauce to boil together.
You can serve it with rice or mach botato or spaghetti š
