Today in launch i decided to make a Kofta " Egyptian Kofta" with my special touch I will see you how # Ingredients šŸ—First i get Half a kilo of camel ground meat it tasty and cheaper than beef meet to be honest šŸ˜Ž šŸ— 1 Onion šŸ— 1 Botao ( Its my trick some people using āˆ† rice or breadcrumbs to make it firmed) šŸ— 1 egg šŸ— camel hump fat instead of oil its light and it taste us so good. šŸ— Tomato sauce. šŸ— Salt pepper and paprika. Preparation šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Mix all ingredients well šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ But them in fridge about 15 minutes min. šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Then, take a handful of the meat mixture and mold it as you want you can figure it as balls or as fingers šŸ³heat the grill using hump fat instead of oil šŸ³Place your kofta and grill it for about 5 minutes for each side. ā™Øļø Then place it in tomato sauce to boil together. You can serve it with rice or mach botato or spaghetti šŸ Bon appetit šŸ˜‹
