We say special school to describe schools that only take disabled pupils. For example, my son is autistic he goes to a special school for autistic children.

more exactly we call it 特殊学校
Generally speaking, it is same meaning " special school" in English.
Such schools are established for disabled ppl both psychologic and physical.
