what's the differences between "suit to" and "suit with"?

Hi. The main difference for me is that there's no such thing as "suit with"! However, you could say "He is well suited with you", when you're talking about match making. 做媒人时:他配得上你。 "Suit" is more commonly used to talk about clothing. "Does this hat suit my sweater?" 帽子是否跟毛衣相配。

We don't say these but something can be 'suited to your needs' which means changed or altered 'to suit' your requirements.
