Honestly, the easiest way to determine how it's pronounced is to type it into Google translate and have it speak it for you. I just checked to make sure it was saying it correctly. It can be very difficult to accurately describe how to pronounce a word in English with text. Typically this is done in two ways: detailed and complicated phonetic symbols that (almost) no one understands, and using samples of other words. In order to use samples of other words, however, we would have to know what other words you know, and if you are pronouncing them correctly. Also, the sheer number of accents in American English can make reliable guidelines difficult to establish with this method. If you don't have access to Google Translate, the best I can offer is: Inter (like "internet" or "interfere") then Rupt like in rupture. The 'U' is pronounced like the U in abrupt, supper and cup. In English, two Rs in a row mean that both the preceding and following syllables have the R sound. There is no glottal stop at all between them.

You probably already know this but I'll answer this way anyway just in case you don't. When little children first begin to read, they want to pronounce each letter of the word but there are combinations of letters that make just one sound. Like th, sh, ar, wh, and so on. The combination er just makes the "r"sound. So you're not pronouncing the e at all. The extra r doesn't add any sound. So interrupt has a short i sound and a short u sound. Everything else makes the sound it is supposed to make besides what I explained about the "er" combination in-ter-rupt Not: in-ter-upt
