A is fine: matching had + v3 with would have + v3.

B needs changing: usually would on its own in a conditional sentence matches with a past sentence. I.e. I would go to the seaside if the weather were good. (I would more readily use 'was' here but was and were are often used interchangeably in these types of conditional sentences).

ps. It is possible to use mixed conditionals, i.e. If the weather hadn't been bad then I would be there now. 3rd - 2nd. Or: I still don't have enough money to go with you, even if the weather had been better. 2nd - 3rd. *These mixed conditionals are less common though.

The correct answer for your initial question is B.
