For your question, I think that these people don't believe that there is end for everything. especially for the life.They shuold believe that the death is something real can come any time without feeling from us. That's why, they must think about it in order to improve their lives and do some good things to save them at the end of the world. it's not a wrong to have pleasure on life...in fact u should be to do...but in such a way that u wont be a problem for another person...i mean that if u spend more time thinking that we all must die someday this fact can change ur life on a wrong way...anyway...just live ur day....and try to be happy...that's enaugh.

So? We all must die one day, so we had best live our life to the fullest. Have fun, enjoy everything and make sure you, your friends, your family and your husband/wife have an awesome time here on earth. So what's wrong with pleasures? When you're dead you can't have any pleasures anymore. :P
