Try Euronews.  It's a news language website in many European languages.  The video clips are no more than 1.5 minutes long and the text of the article is the transcription of the video.

Hi Izhaoxiao.

I like to use Youtube videos and many times I use them with subtitles. When I am watching a video, I am usually interested in understanding the gist (= general idea), so even if the subtitles are slighty wrong, I don't really mind it!
