I don't think what if you say something like "Ты очень статный" people will understand you right. It really sounds like a nonsense. It is used generally in old books. Щедрый means generous. Maybe in some sense generous can be interchangeable with handsome..? Обходительный и любезный generally mean courteous. So I think ODYPb gave the most helpful and truthful answer =)

If you mean to say "goodlooking" about a man (handsome man), you can say "красивый", "симпатичный", or "привлекательный". However, I think we don't usually say "красивый" when addressing to a guy if we're just getting to know him and don't mean to say that he is beautiful like a god or a photo model ;) So it is better to use "симпатичный" or "привлекательный" in a phrase like "you are very handsome" ---"ты очень симпатичный".

Right translation - "красивый" , but usually instead adjective "красивый" we use noun "красавец" or "красавчик"
