I don't think "responsable" is a word. It's a misspelling of "responsible." There is a word, "responsive." It means "able to respond" ("He's fallen down and he isn't responsive, I'm going to call an ambulance.") It can also mean "gave a good response." ("When will you refund the money?" "Soon." "That isn't a responsive answer. I want a date.") "Responsible for X" means "having the duty of managing X." "In the United States, the House of Representatives is responsible for appropriating money." A "responsible" person is a person who always does their duty. "Responsible for X" can also mean "causing X." "Who's responsible for knocking over the wastebasket?" "The dog is responsible. Someone left the wrapper from a piece of cheese in the wastebasket and the dog tried to get it out."

Hi Conceição, "Responsible" is the correct spelling in English. It's an adjective. Some examples of its use are: I'm impressed by how responsible your daughter is. Who is responsible for this mess? Cleaning up after yourself is a very responsible thing to do.
