Today, the weather is much cooler. It can be said that it is becoming autumn then winter now. I haven't run for donkey's years and now I really want to try again.

A fantastic expression! No corrections needed although ‘it can be said’ is very formal. We’d probably say something like ‘it’s really starting to feel like autumn’

Well-written, but just to nitpick towards perfection: "it is becoming autumn then winter now" sounds a bit clunky to me. "It is becoming autumn now then winter will soon follow" is an alternative. I agree with the other corrector about "it can be said" sounding formal but it's all good. If it's too cold then run faster! (maybe)
