Hildaiza prepared me for my visit to the D.R. with materials that I would not have otherwise found, and she gave me a useful perspective that allowed me to notice and think about aspects of the history and culture while I was there that I really appreciated. This was in addition to giving me useful feedback on my speaking and passing along new vocabulary. I appreciate her high energy and enthusiasm.

I enjoyed my first lesson with Hildaiza. She is very enthusiastic about helping me learn about Dominican culture as well as improving my Spanish! We are off to a great start thanks to her experience and ability to adjust content to my interests and language level.

Disfruto nuestras lecciones. Ella siempre me envía canciones de entrevistas o algún tipo de material para hablar durante la lección. Ella es muy paciente y muy amable cuando comencé. Yo era muy tímida y nerviosa al hablar, pero ella me está ayudando con mi miedo a hablar.

I had an excellent first class with Hildaiza today. She is very professional and respectful. I look forward to my future classes with her.
