My name is Amaya. I am from Maryland, United States. I graduated from Emory University with degrees in International Relations and Spanish. I have worked in the news industry for over five years, for both Fox News and CNN and am very passionate about sharing stories from around the world. I currently work as a Senior Fact Checker for a Government non-profit!
I think it's important to learn about other cultures and am always striving to better myself. I'm passionate about traveling and have been to over 45 countries!

I am a flexible teacher that's able to adapt to whatever style you need! I am trained in the journalism world and have strong writing and presentation skills. I am also able to work with beginners and teach grammatical english or conversational english. I enjoy teaching all levels and watching my students improve!
