Hi! I am Lisa, a professional German as a foreign language teacher (DaF) from Germany. Learning a language, starting all over in a new country or navigating through a different culture can be tough. My aim is to help people feel less lost and more welcome by teaching them about culture & language.

After finishing school I completed a training as a foreign language correspondent and studied German literature, history and philosophy. In addition I did an advanced training to become a German teacher. I have a strong focus on teaching realistic German for every day situations. While speaking German you will make mistakes, sweat a lot, laugh nervously or act awkward. No need to worry about it. I am an Italki student myself and know that language learning is a rollercoaster of emotions. My lessons should fit you, not the other way around.
