Hello! Lana here, a passionate teacher and a wanderlust-driven soul.
For over 12 years, I've immersed myself in the beauty of foreign lands, living, working, and exploring the globe. Thanks to my insatiable passion for foreign languages and exotic lands, I've been living a life full of adventures. I trekked in the Himalayas, starred in a Thai movie, danced salsa in Colombia, and learned the silver craft in Indonesia. I've taught English and Russian to incredible individuals worldwide, from Mayan children in Mexico to Chinese professors, Thai students, and even feminist Buddhist nuns from Ladakh!

With over 19 years in teaching, I’ve seen firsthand how learning a new language can truly change lives. It’s more than just words and grammar; it’s about building new neural connections that help us grow into someone new and expand our humanity.
I hold a Master’s degree in Philology and Pedagogy from Samara State University, which has given me a strong foundation in effective, proven teaching methods. I was also fortunate to teach Russian and English courses at Chiang Mai University in Thailand, an experience that helped me develop an engaging, dynamic teaching style.

Learning a new language can be challenging, and I get it—I’ve been there too! That’s why I create a warm, supportive space for my students. I’m more than just a teacher; I’m here as a friend and coach to guide and cheer you on.
My mission is to help you learn a language and become a new You in a fun, exciting way!
Together, we’ll master grammar, improve communication, and build confidence, all while exploring new cultures and perspectives. I’m also obsessed with neuroscience and love sharing tips and tricks for mastering language faster and more effectively.
