This was our first lesson. Before the lesson I gave some information about myself to the teacher and we were able to have a good assesment of my level as well as learn new words. There are a lot of positives of the lesson. - my level was assesed and after we realised HSK 1 materials are too easy for me we switched to HSK 2 - teacher used English a lot at the beginning but after she realised I am more advanced, switched quickly to Chinese - I already learned new expressions from HSK 2 during our lesson - teacher was prepared, had powerpoints. We also did HSK 1 exam and the audio was working very well. - just after the lesson I received homework in the form of italki platform (first time a teacher used this, did not realize there was such a feature, very cool!) - I also received powerpoint & notes Very positive first experience as I can see teacher is open to adjustment Teacher forgot to silence her phone so it was pinging a bit but literally everything else was very good - 5 stars!
