Hello, My name is Ryota.
I live in Japan.
I like traveling and watching baseball.
I also like to watch kendo videos because I used to play kendo .
I am studying English and Vietnamese, so I can speak a little.

日本に住んでいます。
私の好きなことは旅行と野球観戦です。
それから、剣道の経験があるので剣道のビデオを観ることも好きです。

I have taught Japanese to foreigners for several months and have passed Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test.
I am also studying a foreign language, so I know what is difficult and what is interesting.
I am very happy when I can have a conversation in a foreign language.
So, I would like you to have the same experience in speaking Japanese.

This was my first lesson with Ryota. It was a nice laid back conversation practice and there was no pressure. He explained words that I didn't understand and gave other examples of how to use them which allowed me to grasp the meaning. Time flew by and I'll definitely do more lessons with him.

This was my first lesson with Ryota. I am a beginner Japanese student. I am most practicing using simple spoken Japanese. He was very engaged and did a good job working with me at my level. Friendly and positive the whole lesson. I enjoyed it and look forward to our next lesson!
