Ken

Highly recommended! Ken is simply fantastic. He has a natural gift for teaching and can explain what appear to be the most complex things in memorable and easy-to-digest gems. Before, I was even not able to converse with English speakers, while, after learning with Ken, guess what, I’m giving lectures in English!!! Classes with Ken have been so worthwhile!!!

Ken has been a very patient teacher for over a year and half now. He has challenged me to take the JLPT and is always very encouraging. By far, he is the best Italki teacher I've had!

Ken has been an absolutely incredible teacher all the way from minute 1. This is a great example for “Functional Japanese”. He knows how people speak Japanese, great ways to practice, as well as making it enjoyable. Learning from Ken is not a chore. If you are attempting to learn Japanese I HIGHLY recommend Ken. Fun, efficient and rewarding.

It's been a while since I practiced Japanese regularly as I just had my first child a bit ago and Ken-sensei has been very patient as I'm regaining my footing with speaking Japanese. We read a bit of one of my favorite manga this evening and it helped my confidence a lot to read something I had context for.

最初は緊張していたのですが、とても楽しくて時間を忘れました。発音も丁寧に教えてくれるし、こちらに喋る機会を沢山くれるので、短い時間でも英語喋ったぞ！と満足出来ました！
