Welcome! Learning and teaching languages has been my growing passion since 2014, and makes for fulfilling work while I pursue my creative projects and a Masters in directing film. I'm Swiss-American, love rainy days and citrus fruits, and live with my partner in Beijing.

Sprachen lernen und unterrichten ist seit 2014 meine wachsende Leidenschaft und führt zu erfüllender Arbeit, die ich nebst der Verfolgung kreativer Projekte sowie eines Masters in Filmregie vornehme. Ich bin Schweizamerikanerin, liebe regnerische Tage und Zitrusfrüchte, und lebe mit meinem Partner in Beijing.

Teenage me started out as a private music teacher, but my first official teaching job was in 2017 at EF in Hangzhou, China, where I taught English to children ages 3-14. Since then, I have taught in classroom settings as well as privately, with my students aged 5 to 60 years old.
Als Jugendliche habe ich privat Musik unterrichtet, aber meine erste offizielle Anstellung als Lehrerin war im 2017 bei EF in Hangzhou, China, wo ich Kindern im Alter von 3-14 Jahren Englisch beibrachte. Seitdem habe ich in Klassenzimmern sowie privat unterrichtet, wobei meine Schüler im Alter von 5 bis 60 Jahren sind.
十几岁时，我曾做过私人音乐家教，但我的第一份正式教学工作是2017年在中国杭州的英孚教育，教3-14岁的孩子学英语。从那时起，我既在课堂上授课，也进行私人教学，学生年龄从5岁到60岁不等。내 강의 및 지도 스타일
I am very patient, encouraging, and like to challenge you to figure things out on your own. I love the use of games, playful exercises, tasks and special activities. I will encourage you to speak 40-80% of the time, while providing a balanced focus on both fluency and accuracy.
Ich bin sehr geduldig, ermutigend und fordere dich gerne dazu heraus, die Dinge selbst herauszufinden. Ich verwende gerne Spiele, spielerische Übungen, Aufträge und spezielle Aktivitäten. Ich werde dich dazu ermutigen, 40-80% der Zeit zu sprechen und lege dabei einen ausgewogenen Fokus auf Redefluss und Genauigkeit.
